Yes, the title is absolutely true and I’m not kidding! LOL! Though if you’re a true-blue Britney Spears fans, you won’t have a need for this since you bought all her albums ^_^ Anyway, back to the free songs — SonyBMG, one of the world’s biggest record labels, has made music by its artists free to listen to over the internet! And you guessed it right, Britney Spears is one of their artists! The record label has signed a deal with We7 to stream songs on user’s computers accompanied by a short advertisement. The new deal will give music fans access to the complete back-catalogues of artists including Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley.
The boss of We7, Steve Purdham, said the deal will give “free music in return for some of your time.” The new service, which launched last April 28, will build the profiles of its users so that adverts are target specific to each person. Once users have listened to the songs they will also have the option to pay to download the tracks to their computer or MP3 players. Now that’s really cool eh?? =) I suggest you go to SomyBMG’s website now and try the free music of Britney Spears!
The media and her detractors have shown time and again how bad a mother the pop princess is. If you can remember, Britney Spears was castigated for placing her baby son on her lap while driving. She was also rumored to be feeding her kids junkfood, and smoking plus saying bad words in front of them. Thus, it didn’t come as a surprise when her parental skills were questioned in the custody battle against ex-hubby Kevin Federline.
E! News has recently confirmed that a child custody evaluation report detailing the pros and cons of Britney Spears’ mothering has been completed. The report, commissioned by a Los Angeles family court, was filed Friday by Dr. Jane Shatz. Lawyers for both Britney Spears and K-Fed declined to comment on the contents of the document. The report’s findings are expected to get a full airing at the next hearing in the case, set for May 6.
WHOA! Now that’s a shocking rumor! After all the stuff that Britney Spears underwent with ex-husband Kevin Federline the past few eyars, it’s a bit unsettling that she’s getting cozy with him again. According to online tabloids, the two have rekindled their relationship. Sources say that Britney Spears even shared a kiss with her ex-husband! Insiders claim that K-Fed went to the pop star’s home to pick up their two sons and the singer “suddenly got close and kissed Kevin.”
A family source revealed, “They were discussing the boys and how they’re doing when she suddenly got in close and kissed Kevin. She did it because she felt so close to him at that moment.” YIKES! Well, I just hope that their “closeness” was just for that moment. I don’t wanna see Britney Spears go into crisis again when she and Kevin will separate, or even just quarrel. Sigh! K-Fed is NOT good for Brit, period!
WOW! That’s a lot of money! According to reports, a Los Angeles court ruled Thursday (April 17) that the pop star must foot the bill for nearly $400,000 in legal fees accrued throughout the past few months. Among those to be paid by Britney Spears are Geraldine Wyle, who represented her father Jamie, in his bid for conservatorship ($175,000); trust attorney Clark Byam, a lawyer representing Britney’s brother, Bryan Spears ($22,500); and Stacy Phillips, Britney’s divorce lawyer ($75,000). All of those fees are for bills accrued through March 31.
Also receiving payment as part of the order are Andrew Wallet, a co-conservator of Britney Spears’ finances, who will receive $100,000, and Samuel Ingham, Spears’ court-appointed attorney. He will receive $10,000 a week through the end of July. Wallet and Jamie Spears gained conservatorship of the troubled pop singer estate in late February. Their control over Britney Spears’ estate will last until at least July 31.
That’s what People.com is reporting exclusively! Their source revealed, “The show is ecstatic and so is Britney Spears. She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.” After the fiasco with Neil Patrick Harris (see previous posts), the pop star will indeed do one more episode. However, Fox Studios would not confirm the second Britney Spears appearance in How I Met Your Mother.
The comebacking singer appeared on the show’s March 24 episode, playing a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters (played by Josh Radnor). And she received nothing but good reviews for her spot. However, there are members of the Britney Spears camp who aren’t so ecstatic. “Sure, she had a fun time, but it wasn’t about a comeback,” said a source. “It was about getting her on the road to being better. The last thing we want is a new element of fame for her to have to deal with.”
