The troubled pop star has finally reunited (albeit briefly) with her sons — nearly two months after she last saw them. Elliot Mintz, a spokesman for Britney Spears’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, said she spent about three hours last weekend with Jayden James and Sean Preston. Mintz wouldn’t say where the reunion took place or who else was there. Britney Spears had not been allowed to see the boys since January 3, when she refused to return the children after a visitation. K-Fed’s attorney said last Friday that the singer’s ex had agreed to give her visitation rights.

Meanwhile a family source revealed, “She [Britney Spears] desperately wants the kids. She cries about it. She hasn’t put the children’s belongings away. Her home has pictures of her kids everywhere. She loves them very much.” Adds the informer, “There’s been a real change in how she is because she has been smothered in love. To suddenly know after all this time that she has support has been incredible for her. She knows that something is wrong with her. She knows that something can’t quite be right because of the sheer fact she’s separated from her kids.”

Aw shucks! I’m sure the troubled pop star princess is crying her heart out now with the banning! According to reports from the Mirror.co.uk, Britney Spears has been banned from all Oscar parties. Paris Hilton was earlier reported to be banned from the Oscars itself so the two can perhaps share a drink or two over this bad news. The Mirror’s informed source says, “While Britney Spears is certainly a name in Hollywood - it’s for all the wrong reasons. She’s a car crash waiting to happen and organizers don’t want to take the risk of her showing up and creating a scene.”

The source further adds, “Her presence at any party would instantly generate lots of publicity but while it’s tempting to send out an invite, it’s a hassle that they don’t really want.” Okay.. Maybe Britney Spears can host her own party then?? She can also get Paris Hilton to preside over the dancing duties.. Hmm, things will certainly get hot if Hollywood’s notorious bad girls will get together! Oh yeah, add Lindsay Lohan to the party too! Hehe!

What the?? That’s about $7,500 a DAY!! Is she earning that much from her royalties every month?? According to the National Enquirer, Britney Spears’ parents believe that Sam Lufti (the singer’s one-time manager) is behind all this. The tabloid says, “The family charges Lutfi knew she was suffering from a mental illness - and pounced like a vulture. They say he had access to all of Britney’s credit cards, her ATM card and submitted bills to her business manager for his services.” A source further revealed that Britney Spears had a one-month American Express card bill worth a staggering $225,000! This alerted her dad to the massive hemorrhaging of money and thus called for an investigation of her finances.

The source says, “Several charges on the bill are thought to be Sam’s doing since Britney hasn’t had the card in her possession in months. Sam took control of her finances.” Aside from these, the singer’s parents also found out that a whole bunch of her stuff including plasma TVs and photography equipment went missing whilst Britney Spears was in hospital. Wanna guess who got them??

The former manager of the struggling pop star has been ordered by US District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez to stay away and must not come within 250 yards (228 metres) of the singer until March 17. It all started three weeks ago when Britney Spears’ mother Lynne claimed Mr. Lutfi had drugged the star, cut her home phone and yelled at her. And so they secured a restraining order on him.

A lawyer for Britney Spears’ father (who was granted conservatorhip of her life) wrote in court papers that it had taken three weeks to serve the restraining order on Mr. Lutfi coz he was “apparently evading service”. The order means Mr. Lutfi must not contact Britney Spears in any way and must stay away from the homes of her parents and her siblings. Sounds all good to me! I really hope this will be the start of a better and drug-free life for the pop princess..

Yup, another celebrity has offered to help straighten out the troubled pop princess. Before supermodel Heidi Klum, there were Brooke Shields, Terri Irwin and Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake. The leggy Project Runway host, who lives with husband Seal and their three children, says 26-year old singer would benefit from living in an ordinary family environment. Heidi Klum said, “She [Britney Spears] can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight.” The mother of three further added, “I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life.” WILD does not even come close to describing Britney Spears’ life! LOL! A quick recap of her crazy recent behaviour includes shaving her head, stealing underwear from an adult store and refusing to give her two children back to ex-husband Kevin Federline.
